Overview of the Training and Equipping Process

Lighthouse has adopted the G12 structure and system of equipping the believers in the church for growth to spiritual maturity and training for effective service to God. This system uses a four-stage strategic process, namely Win, Consolidate, Disciple, and Send. Called in the G12 system as the Ladder of Success, this process includes the PEPSOL: Pre-Encounter, Encounter, Post-Encounter, School of Leaders 1, 2, & 3. This training and equipping process effectively matures and empowers believers so that they can succeed in their relationship with and service to God.
