EVERY PERSON INSTINCTIVELY HOPES FOR A BETTER TOMORROW (Ecclesiastes 3:11) HOWEVER, HOPES FOR MAN TO SUCCESSFULLY CREATE A NEW WORLD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE, AND JOY BY HIS OWN EFFORTS APART FROM GOD WILL, SADLY, DISAPPOINT (Isaiah 59:9) BUT GOD’S PROMISE OF A FUTURE WORLD WHERE ALL THINGS ARE MADE NEW WILL SURELY COME TO PASS (Matthew 19:28; Isaiah 11:5-9) PUT YOUR HOPE IN CHRIST AND HIS COMING KINGDOM INSTEAD OF THE PROMISES AND EFFORTS OF MAN FOR HEAVEN ON THIS WORLD THAT IS ACHIEVED APART FROM GOD (1 John 3:2-3; 1 Corinthians 15:19) CHRIST-FOLLOWERS HAVE THE BLESSED HOPE OF CHRIST RETURNING TO EARTH AND ESTABLISHING A GLORIOUS WHOLE NEW WORLD IN THE FUTURE, PERHAPS SOON (Titus 2:13; Revelation 21:3-5; 2 Peter 3:13) HOW TO SHARE IN THE BLESSED HOPE OF CHRIST’S KINGDOM OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE, AND JOY COMING TO BROKEN EARTH
  1. If you are not yet following the Lord Jesus, you need to get started on that journey now (Matthew 16:24-27)
  1. If you claim to follow the Lord Jesus, yet you are willfully practicing a lifestyle that is against the laws of God, you need to stop your wrong ways and return to the Lord now (Galatians 5:19-21; 2 Peter 3:10-11)
  1. Live obediently toward the Lord until the Lord Jesus comes (Matthew 7:21; 1 John 2:17)
  1. Excitedly look forward to the coming of Jesus and His kingdom (Matthew 25:5-13; Hebrews 9:27-28)
