Have you ever wondered why God did not take you to heaven right away after you surrendered your life to him if all that he wants to do with you is only to save you? He could have taken you home immediately, but he did not. Why? Because he is not finished with you yet. He still wants to mature you spiritually, and also to make you an instrument of proclaiming salvation to other people. Yes, you still have a mission on earth that’s why you are still here. Therefore, it is good for you to be fully convinced about the purpose of your life. You need to be completely sold out to the assignment that you have during the short life that you and I have on earth. You have to joyfully embrace the vision of God for your life. Today, we will talk about the power of vision. Expect to be challenged to take a bigger view of life. Be prepared to receive your mission-order from God. Get your heart ready to move into an exciting phase of your life as you dream with God for the transformation of the world. Be activated on a higher level in your vision for God. Vision is very important! The Bible says that people’s lives will be destroyed if they don’t have vision (Proverbs 29:18). Vision for life is absolutely necessary. You will throw away your life is you don’t have vision. But if you have vision, you will have a meaningful and fulfilling life! As we worship the Lord today, give God your life. Believe in his goodness. Trust in his love for you. Ask him for what you need. He will be glad to meet your needs and give you what you desire as you seek him and honor him.
