Healing the Fatherless Hearts

Welcome to the worship celebration of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship! We’re glad that you made it! We’re excited for what the Lord will do in your life as you open your heart to him! He will not fail you as you look to him! Today’s teaching is a very personal but a very helpful one! We are living in a world that is filled with people who have unhealed wounds that came from a less than happy or positive experience with their fathers. That very possibly includes you and me. The person you came with today may also need a supernatural touch from God so as to remove an orphan heart and replace it with a heart that is satisfied and secure. We all need a close connection with our earthly fathers. Fathers play very critical roles in the lives of their children. For example, fathers impart identity, security, and value to their children. Children can flourish if they get those from their fathers. Children can possibly be severely limited or hindered if they don’t get those from their fathers. The good news is that God, the ultimate Father, can give you what your earthly father was not able to give to you! He can give those to you today! I invite you to allow yourself to be vulnerable to God right now, and give God permission to touch and heal any emotional and mental wounds that may exist from some lack from, or even negative experience with, your earthly father. The result can be freedom and wholeness that you can enjoy the rest of your earthy life and ministry. Regardless of what your needs, concerns, or desires may be at this time, the Lord can give you a blessing that will thrill and bless your life! Just open your heart to him! You won’t regret it.
