From Battle to Blessings

2 Chronicles 20:20 “....Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful."   We all face battles in life. There are enemies (seen and unseen). There are forces that are trying to harm you and me. Dangers are present in some points along the road in the journey of life in Christ. Yet we who believe in the Lord and obey him have the great confidence that the Lord will give us the victory. When we believe in him and follow the instructions he gives us through the spiritual leaders he has placed above us, we will surely win the war. There are times when enemies seemingly conspire to try to destroy us. At certain times, their power seems overwhelmingly great, and defeat seems to be certain. But when we call on the Lord and depend on him, he will release his power which is more than enough to defeat our enemies. Are you fighting some serious battles today? Does it look like you are going to be defeated or destroyed? Don’t despair! The Lord is able and ready to help you. His power will come to your aide and defeat your enemies!
