Luke 2:10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
Christmas day is almost here! “Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year” if we receive, enjoy, and share God’s love and salvation to others. Let’s do that this Christmas season. In the midst of spiritual and moral darkness, God’s light broke through some 2,000 years ago. The Son of God became a human being so that he can be with man and save him. No longer can we say “God does not care” or “God does not understand” because the Son of God became exactly like us, only he did not sin like we do. But in all aspects of life, he became like us. He took on a human body and subjected himself to human limitations. He got tired, felt loved, experienced the mocking and rejection of people, and the like. Love came down and rescued us from our sins and their very dark, tragic, and terrible consequences. The effects of sin are felt on this short earthly life, but more fully and irreversibly in eternity. May we surrender our lives to him and obey him in love. May you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. Keep your focus on Jesus. Love and follow him. Enjoy his many blessings. Lathur Badoy
