Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, How are you today? It is with joy that we welcome you to the Saturday and Sunday worship celebrations. We are continually in a Simbalik (go to church again) campaign. What a delight to see you and others come to the house of God to worship God along with the people of God. And today we believe that the Lord will do amazing acts of grace in answer to our prayers and the cries of our hearts to meet God and really experience him in life-altering ways. Know that the Lord loves you so much and that He cares about your problems and needs. More importantly, He wants you to continue in your spiritual journey with victory and joy. He longs for you to be transformed more and more in character, and He desires you to serve Him more fruitfully, especially in this pandemic season when very many people are looking for God. We will talk about a very relevant topic this weekend. The theme of Courageous Christianity runs through the whole of Holy Scripture. In fact, to be people of God and afraid to be and do what God wants you to be and do is a contradiction. Throughout the history of God’s workings on the earth, God’s people have always been called by God to be bold and courageous. And many have risen to the challenge and became great in God’s eyes and have been a great blessing to the people of their generation and beyond. May we in our generation, especially in this global crisis that we are all facing, rise to be the people God wants us to be, for the honor of God and the accomplishment of God’s purposes on the earth. May you receive all that God wants to give you and experience all that God wants to do in your life. May you be richly blessed as you follow God and do His will in your life. Take care and enjoy, Pastors Lathur and Leah Badoy
