1. BIRTHDAY GIFT TO JESUS
- This Christmas season, let us remember to give gifts not just to people, but to the Lord Jesus himself. Jesus is the reason for the season, and so we want to give him honor that is due to him. For the four Sundays of December, everyone is encouraged to prepare and give a birthday gift to the Lord Jesus. This gift is in addition to your regular tithes and offerings. Special offering envelopes for this purpose will be made available. You may drop your birthday gift to Jesus on the offering box any Sunday of December.
2. JOINT WEDDING CEREMONY, December 27 (Saturday), 3 PM @ The Lighthouse – Victoria Plaza.
- Seal your relationship before God and men with the covenant of marriage. Couples who want to take advantage of this special event do not have to pay anything. This is a free service provided once-a-year for Lighthouse members. For inquiries or to enlist, you may contact your life group leader or the LCF Office (look for Katherine).
3. CHILD DEDICATON CEREMONY, December 28 (Sunday) during the Morning Worship Celebration.
- For inquiries or to enlist, you may contact your life group leader or the LCF Office (look for Katherine). Dedicate your child to God’s will and commit to raise him/her in a godly way. “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
4. Jumpstart the year right as we gather for FIRST FRUIT PRAYER & FASTING 2015, January 3, 2015 (Saturday), 9 AM – 5 PM @ Hope Mountain, Ulas, Davao City.
- Expect breakthroughs and open heavens as we dedicate the first days of the year to God as a way of offering the whole year to God. “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14) See you there!
