FINAL DESTINATION – HEAVEN OR HELL

THERE ARE ONLY TWO FINAL DESTINATIONS – HEAVEN OR HELL (Matthew 25:46)

HEAVEN IS WHERE GOD & HIS PEOPLE WILL LIVE FOREVER IN PERFECT RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE, & JOY (Revelation 21:1 – 5; Psalms 16:11) HELL IS THE PLACE WHERE THE DEVIL, DEMONS, AND THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO DISOBEY GOD SUFFER UNBELIEVABLE TORMENT FOREVER (Matthew 25:41, 46; 2 Thes. 1:9; Matthew 13:49 – 50) The time you Cross Over to your Eternal Destination:
  1. When you die (Hebrews 9: 27)
  2. When Jesus Christ returns to earth while you are still alive (1 Thessalonians 4:15 – 17; Matthew 24:42)
There are ultimately only Two Categories of People:
  1. The righteous and the wicked (Matthew 25:46)
  2. Those who do God’s will and those who don’t 
(1 John 2:15 – 17; James 4:4) There are only two roads and they lead to the two Final Destinations (Matt 7:13 – 14; Prov 16:25) TAKE THE NARROW ROAD OF FOLLOWING JESUS CHRIST AND YOUR ETERNAL DESTINATION WILL BE HEAVEN (Mark 8:35 – 38; Mark 10:29- 30) How to be sure you will be in Heaven instead of Hell:
  1. Admit that you are a sinner and that you cannot save yourself (Luke 18:13 – 14)
  2. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save you from your sins & give you eternal life (John 3:16; Jn 14:6)
  3. Turn away from wrong things in your life (Acts 3:19)
  4. Make a public decision to follow Jesus Christ 
(Romans 10:9 – 10)
  1. Keep following God until the end (Matt 24:12 – 13)
