- Accept that your need for family love (storge love) was not met by your mother and father
- Repent of all the times and ways you rejected your parent’s love and rebelled against being a son or daughter to your parents (Ephesians 6:2-3)
- Forgive your mother for her failures to nurture you emotionally with storge love (Matthew 18:34-35)
