HOW TO BE STRONG AND VICTORIOUS IN THE YEAR 2021
- Be assured that the Lord knows the future and has prepared something good for you (Jeremiah 29:11)
Isaiah 46:10 “I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’”
- Know that the Lord will carry you in 2021 and even until your final days (Psalm 27:10)
Isaiah 46:4 “Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.”
- Don’t lose your joy in God for it is your strength (Proverbs 17:22; Philippians 4:4)
Nehemiah 8:10 Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
- Make yourself strong in God and make sure you are wearing your complete spiritual armor
(Ephesians 6:10-18)
- Be prayerful and be led by the Spirit of God and not by fleshly logic or past experiences because you are entering uncharted territory (Galatians 5:25; Matthew 2:13-15, 19-23)
Isaiah 30:21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
- Live for God when things are easy and when things are hard (Deuteronomy 8:10-14; Daniel 3:16-18)
Matthew 6:33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
- Make the basic Christian lifestyle a non-negotiable part of your life (Hebrews 3:13; Hebrews 10:24)
Joshua 1:8 “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”
- Make the fear of the Lord the foundation of your life
(Proverbs 22:4; Proverbs 19:23)
Deuteronomy 10:20 “Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name.”
- Be confident that regardless of where life may bring you, the Lord will be there by your side (Psalm 139:7-12; Isaiah 49:14-16)
John 10:29 “My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.”
