  1. Give God the first few days of the year seeking His will and join our 14-DAY PRAYER AND FASTING SEASON on January 4 until January 17. Start the year right by spending serious time in prayer, reading God’s word and soaking in His presence. Let’s desperately humble ourselves and cry out for God’s intervention in every issue of our lives. Everyone is strongly encouraged to join in whatever fast they may find helpful to them. "Then was a widow until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying" (Luke 2:37).
