Worthwhile Pursuits

What are going after this year 2014? What are you focused on achieving? What are you pursuing and investing your life or much of your time and energy on? Most people are pursuing something. And today, we will be reminded of the importance of pursuing goals that are worthwhile. Not every dream is from God or is pleasing to him. Not all plans are glorifying to God or good for man. The wise person will give his or her life only to worthwhile pursuits. Today, let us pause and learn from the wisdom that is found in the pages of the Bible. Listen to the whispers of the Holy Spirit as the message is being shared. You will receive some things that will guide your life and make it more meaningful and more deeply satisfying. You will be able to refine your thinking, values, and pursuits so that you are able to fulfill the purposes God has for your life. Your life can, then, exalt God’s great name more and you will have more and more of God’s blessings. Enjoy the worship celebration today!
