Spiritual Vigilance

It is with delight that we welcome you to the worship experience today! We are really happy that you made it today. We ask the Lord to bless your life as you open your heart to him. Sit back, relax, and be encouraged and empowered by the teaching of the Word of God, and the singing of songs to lift up the name of God. Take the opportunity to meet new people as well. You just might make new friendships that will be a blessing to your life. We pray that the Lord will touch your life and the life of your family. There is a blessing for you today. Choose to love and follow God. Turn away from any wrong thing in your life. Trust in Jesus Christ alone, not in religion or good things you do, to give you forgiveness of sins and a right standing with God. When you do, you will have a truly abundant life. And heaven will become your home for all eternity. Today’s teaching is a very practical one. Because there is real spiritual and moral danger around us every day, we all need to be reminded or taught how to protect ourselves. We don’t want to become casualties of a spiritual and moral war that is continuously taking place in our hearts and around us as well. Thankfully, the Bible gives us all the instruction we need to arm ourselves and make sure we overcome. We will talk about these things today. As we come to a time of prayer later in this worship experience, open your heart to God, bring your needs and requests to him, and receive answers to your prayers. The Lord is good, and he loves to bless people.
